Dharma 101: Some Advice

Do not spontaneously give the cats a new dose of catnip minutes before sitting down to meditate!!!

As David Foster Wallace used to say in his classes, "No matter who you are, do not do this!"

I'm going to go laugh at myself now as my cats tear-ass all over my flop.
